Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Process purchase orders, vendor payments, and account reconciliations
- Generate customer invoices and apply incoming payments
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Reconcile inventory transactions between warehouse, e-commerce, and accounting platforms
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support inventory accuracy initiatives
- Review freight, shipping, and landed costs for proper allocation
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting activities
- Support process improvements as the organization continues to scale
- Maintain organized financial and operational records
- 2-5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or inventory accounting experience
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Inventory reconciliation experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting e-commerce, distribution, manufacturing, consumer products, or inventory-driven businesses is highly desirable
- Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced growth environment
