The Opportunity: Project Focus & Scope
In this role, your primary mission will be driving a critical data-cleansing initiative for a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) database. You will work closely with the CLM team to audit, organize, and optimize contract records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Clean-up (Primary Project): Sort through legacy contracts, organize files, and systematically upload agreements into the current contract system.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate excel spreadsheets to track contract statuses and generate progress reports for leadership as needed.
- Contract Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative duties and high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operational Support (Secondary Focus): As time allows, assist in maintaining low-risk supply, equipment, and standard purchased service contracts. You will also handle agreement execution and price-activating Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Associate Degree or Paralegal certification.
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated contract administration or legal operations experience.
- Technical Skills: computer proficiency, solid analytical abilities, and advanced organizational skills.
- Soft Skills: Flexible interpersonal skills and clear, effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in contract administration and database management.
