Responsibilities
Position Summary: Support healthcare administrative operations by leading special projects centered on auditing, verifying, and processing Continuing Medical Education (CME) employee reimbursements. This remote role focuses on meticulous receipt matching, clerical data verification, and policy compliance enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and process specialized CME reimbursement submissions and matching receipt documents similarly to corporate expense reviews.
- Carefully evaluate all expense requests to ensure complete alignment with established organizational compliance policies.
- Perform routine clerical processing, data entry, and financial record keeping.
- Communicate directly and professionally with healthcare clinicians to chase down missing paperwork and resolve documentation variances.
- Maintain exceptional organization across files while flexibly pivoting to support diverse ad-hoc departmental projects as needed.
- Minimum of 2 or more years of professional administrative experience.
- Proven professional familiarity working within accounts payable (AP) or payroll clerical workflows.
- Outstanding organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and a strong history of policy compliance management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the professional confidence to interface directly with medical clinicians.
