Responsibilities
Position Summary: Manage centralized provider contract administration, database tracking, and financial analysis. This remote, non-patient-care role focuses heavily on scenario modeling, salary surveys, process improvements, and verifying that employment terms align strictly with medical group compensation plans and legal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employed provider contracts and revisions to ensure complete alignment with organizational compensation plans and legal/financial guidelines.
- Provide compensation analysis, visual communication education tools, and scenario modeling to enhance leadership decision-making.
- Act as the primary network resource to research and resolve provider pay issues, disputes, and inquiries.
- Participate in financial budgeting, general ledger accrual workflows, salary market surveys, and fair market value determination.
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or human resources compensation fields.
- Direct, hands-on experience working with clinician compensation plans and contract modeling.
- Bachelor's degree required (specifically in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Statistics).
- Working knowledge of CMS Relative Value Units (RVUs) and CPT codes.
