Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist- Corporate and Engineering
Position Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential extension)
Pay Rate: $38.00 - $45.00 / hour (depending on experience)
Work Schedule & Location: Training is 100% remote. Starting September 14th, 2026, the role will transition to 100% on-site.

- Minimum of 5 years of corporate experience in the recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management-level exempt positions.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with electronic applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internet sourcing channels.
- Experience recruiting for corporate and/or engineering roles- NOT IT
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred (or equivalent years of experience).

Responsibilities
Job Functions
- Hiring Partnerships: Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to assess staffing needs and strategy.
- Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Screen resumes, conduct phone/in-person interviews, administer assessments, perform reference and background checks, and deliver employment offers.
- Territory Expertise: Act as the market expert for recruiting within your assigned geographic territory.
- Creative Sourcing: Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources (career fairs, online events, community networks) and partner with Sourcing Specialists to deliver a diverse slate of candidates.
- Internal Mobility: Manage the internal transfer process, including screening, interview coordination, and generating transfer offer letters.
- Relationship Management: Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback and build exceptional internal and external relationships.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure seamless onboarding and new-hire orientation processes. Partner with managers to maintain strict compliance with federal/state laws, including applicant tracking system (ATS) management and taking the lead on annual Affirmative Action Plans.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement ongoing recruitment process improvements.
