We are a rapidly growing manufacturer servicing the building materials industry. We design and distribute a proprietary, engineered structural hold-down system for wood frame and masonry construction, alongside a premium line of related framing products. To fuel our expansion, we are seeking a high-performing sales champion to scale our footprint across the Northeast FL territory.
As a Territory Manager, you will own your market. You will be directly responsible for hunting new accounts, generating massive product demand, and aggressively growing our regional market share.
What the Role Looks Like
- Remote with High Mobility: This is a home-based, remote position out of the Augusta area requiring 70% to 80% local travel to dominate the territory. Expect occasional travel to industry trade shows and corporate headquarters.
- Target Audience: You will target and convert decision-makers across all projects, specifiers, contractors, and distribution channels servicing the single and multi-family residential sectors.
- Relationship-Driven: Building bulletproof partnerships and deep-rooted customer relationships is your primary day-to-day mission.
- Consultative Execution: We don't just sell; we educate. You will lead compelling product presentations, run hands-on installer training sessions, and conduct technical workshops to win the market.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 5+ years in the construction industry. strong track record of sales and profit growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of residential construction workflows—from architect and engineer to distributor and contractor.
- Core Sales Skills: Proven ability to influence decision-makers, deliver captivating presentations, build lasting customer relationships, and close deals.
- Execution & Tech: Sharp problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and quickly master tech tools (MS Office, CRM, ERP).
- Requirement: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
70% – Demand Generation & Sales Growth
- Drive demand and grow sales of all proprietary manufacturing products by visiting construction jobsites, prospecting, and conducting targeted sales calls.
- Identify new market opportunities, deliver captivating product presentations, provide hands-on demonstrations, conduct installer training, and handle basic tool repairs.
- Secure the key to long-lasting success: getting company products specified on single-family and multi-family architectural plans in lieu of competitor products.
- Maintain high operational standards by scheduling and reporting all customer interactions within the internal CRM system.
- Build, support, and sustain productive relationships with key customers and industry business partners, including suppliers, specifiers, building officials, and contractors.
- Educate, train, and support partners while consistently solving complex problems.
- Understand customer business models and pricing structures to serve as their primary, trusted point of contact.
- Occasionally host (and entertain!) clients to strengthen professional partnerships.
- Participate actively in local homebuilder association meetings, committees, and related industry causes.
- Act as a dedicated brand ambassador in the field and assist in recruiting top talent to the organization.
- Manage admin responsibilites associated with your sales role.
