- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative support or clerical role (HR department or healthcare environment experience is a major plus).
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of handling high-volume filing and data entry with high accuracy.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a quick ability to learn internal HR databases.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to a strict Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) and start immediately next week.

Responsibilities
- Heavy Filing & Records Management: High-volume organization, auditing, and maintenance of physical and digital personnel files to ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Human Resources department with daily operational tasks, including data entry, scanning, copying, and sorting mail.
- Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive employee information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Onboarding Assistance: Help prepare onboarding packets and ensure all necessary compliance documentation is filed correctly.
