The Technical Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all service visits and application training sessions for customers. This role ensures accurate and timely invoicing for all billable service and application activities performed by technical staff, and supports customer service operations by managing parts delivery coordination with technical service visits for the customer to facilitate timely technical support and issue resolution. Medical office scheduling, customer service, technical services coordination and accounting experience is PREFERRED.

salary: $45,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate all service visits for customers, ensuring
optimal use of technical staff and timely customer support.
• Schedule and coordinate application training sessions for customers, aligning
technician availability with customer requirements.
• Serve as a central point of coordination between customers, technical staff, and
internal teams regarding service and training activities.
• Prepare, process, and complete accurate invoicing for all billable service and
application training visits performed by technical personnel.
• Verify service details, labor, and applicable charges prior to invoicing to ensure
accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Initiate and manage parts delivery with technical service visits to support customer
service needs and technical issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records related to service scheduling, invoicing, and parts inquiries.
• Look up part numbers to support customer need, field technician, or customer service.
• Other administrative support duties as directed by manager.
