Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and manage high-volume, highly detailed custom client orders, revisions, and billings in SAP.
- Monitor order progress through manufacturing and logistics phases to ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for premier accounts, providing proactive updates on order status, timelines, and shipping logistics.
- Partner closely with Sales, Project Management, and the Warehouse/Logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies, material shortages, or shipping delays.

- Maintain precise, up-to-date client accounts and master data records within the ERP system.
