Responsibilities
Position Summary: Support specialty pharmaceutical programs by managing routine patient onboarding, verification, and intake processes. This role focus heavily on entering accurate data into tracking platforms, resolving patient inquiries, and managing account milestones from initial contact to determination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and complete accurate patient referrals and applications inside the centralized CRM platform.
- Resolve patient questions and concerns regarding their specific journey and application status.
- Enter detailed, accurate, and clear information into proprietary software while actively conversing on the phone.
- Place outbound phone calls for patient follow-ups or file confirmations.
- Maintain top-tier quality and provide an empathetic, supportive experience to callers while keeping conversational control.
- Collaborate with patient referral sources, including healthcare providers, to process new applicants.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.
- 2 to 4 years of related customer-facing experience and/or training is desired.
- Proven capability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM) and transcribe notes simultaneously while speaking.
- Advanced technical proficiency navigating Microsoft products and video conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams (video-on work may be required).
- Driven to reach strict production targets and adhere thoroughly to corporate attendance rules.
