You will be the face of our company on-site, responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to payroll, safety compliance, and offboarding—while cultivating a deep, consultative relationship with the client to maximize workforce retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Workforce Management & Employee Relations
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified external candidates to meet client staffing demands.
- Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, issue verbal/written write-ups, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Offboarding: Conduct exits and handle employee terminations professionally and in compliance with labor laws.
- Retention Focus: Implement engagement strategies to reduce turnover, address employee grievances promptly, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain trusting relationships with client supervisors and department heads.
- Client Meetings: Prepare for and actively participate in daily, weekly, or monthly client alignment meetings to discuss staffing metrics, challenges, and goals.
- VMS Operation: Utilize and maintain the client's Vendor Management System (VMS) to track requisitions, submit candidates, and manage workforce data accurately.
- Payroll Administration: Collect, verify, and process weekly hours/timesheets for all external employees to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
- Safety First: Conduct safety orientations, perform regular floor walk-throughs to ensure OSHA/safety compliance, and manage the reporting/documentation of any on-site incidents or worker's compensation claims.
- Professionalism: Maintain a highly professional appearance, demeanor, and communication style at all times, serving as an exemplary brand ambassador on the client's floor.

The On-Site Recruiter manages our external workforce directly at the client’s facility. You will act as the primary liaison between our agency, contingent employees, and client management, balancing workforce optimization with strong relationship building.
Key Responsibilities

- Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting, staffing, or HR experience (on-site experience preferred).
- Proficiency with VMS (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) and ATS software.
- Conflict-resolution, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of basic labor laws, payroll processing, and workplace safety.
