Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, tailored NetSuite training sessions for various user groups.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and documentation that facilitate easy learning and reference.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training workshops and webinars.
- Assess training needs and customize content to match different skill levels and business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure effective system adoption.
- Stay updated on NetSuite releases, features, and best practices to keep training content current.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand system enhancements and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collect feedback to improve training effectiveness continuously.
- Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP platform.
- Demonstrated success in training, coaching, or instructional design.
- Deep understanding of NetSuite modules, including finance, CRM, supply chain, and customization options.
- strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Relevant certifications in NetSuite or related fields are a plus.
