We're hiring 10 Customer Service Specialists to join a fast-growing remote team supporting residential and commercial solar customers nationwide. The Role: You'll be the primary point of contact for inbound customer calls and emails — resolving issues, handling escalations, and representing the brand with professionalism and care. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where ownership and empathy matter as much as speed. What You Bring

• 2+ years of solar industry experience (required)

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing prompt and effective resolutions
• Accurately document all interactions and case notes in the CRM
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues at first contact whenever possible; escalate complex cases per protocol
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and billing teams to resolve cross-departmental issues
• Flag recurring issues and trends to team leadership to inform process improvements
• Meet or exceed KPIs including handle time, first contact resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
