Randstad is supporting a global financial firm who is seeking a proactive, adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support. In this role, you will manage a balanced workload supporting 3–5 investors with diverse personalities and working styles, ranging from highly collaborative to intensely focused.

salary: $41.37 - $41.38 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Role Demands & Traits

• High Adaptability: Ability to pivot communication styles to support both highly collaborative and less communicative, focused executives.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate needs and independently drive tasks forward with minimal direction.

Phase 1: Core Operations (Months 1–3)

• Calendar & Schedule Management: Seamlessly coordinate complex internal and external schedules.
• Travel & Expense Management: Handle end-to-end travel coordination and efficient expense reporting.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key liaison, coordinating critical meetings between company executives, clients, and external brokers.
• Executive Support: Deliver high-level administrative backing tailored to individual executive needs.

Phase 2: Strategic Evolution (Months 3–4+)

• Investment Research: Gain exposure to and assist with foundational investment research.
• Business Operations: Increase involvement in daily business operations to drive efficiency.
• Strategic Support: Transition into a deeper, forward-thinking partner for the executive team.
