Responsibilities
- Pharmaceutical Experience: 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry (with a BS degree).
- Complaint Management/Investigation: Hands-on experience executing technical investigations, root cause analysis, and report writing for product quality complaints.
- System Proficiency: Proficient experience using Electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), specifically Caliber Assure-iq or QUMAS.
- Compliance/Documentation: Experience with batch record review, audit processes, and maintaining GMP/FDA compliance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (or Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience).
- Industry Niche: Experience with medical device, transdermal products, lotions, and creams (specifically excluding experience with capsules).
- Medical Device: 2+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry, particularly in Quality Assurance or Customer Service.
- Investigative Role: 1+ years of specific experience in an investigative complaint or deviation role.
