Accounts Payable & Banking
- Payment Processing: Oversee weekly payment cycles, approve invoices prior to system integration, and generate AP reports for the Controller.
- Banking & Reconciliations: Execute weekly bank reconciliations, manage Positive Pay files, and resolve banking exceptions.
- Vendor & Expense Management: Maintain vendor profiles, process corporate credit card statements, and handle highly sensitive invoices.
- AP Communications & Tax: Manage the AP inbox and drive the annual 1099 reporting process.
- Payroll Operations: Process bi-weekly payroll for 50+ employees, generate payroll journal entries, and calculate monthly labor allocations.
- Employee Lifecycle: Handle digital onboarding, process separations, and configure annual benefit plan updates.
- Benefits Administration: Manage third-party submissions (401(k), HSA, FSA) and reconcile insurance and benefit billings.
- Audits & Compliance: Coordinate worker's comp and 401(k) audits, generate W-2s, and complete mandated compliance surveys (e.g., U.S. Census).
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary payroll contact, managing the payroll inbox and processing status or benefit adjustments.
