Responsibilities
- General Ledger Ownership: Lead multi-entity GL management, ensuring accurate execution of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycles.
- Reconciliations & Variance Analysis: Manage complex balance sheet, banking, and subledger reconciliations. Perform budget-to-actual reviews and analyze key operational cost drivers.
- Inventory & Control Compliance: Partner with operations and warehouse teams to maintain inventory asset integrity, monitor product costing data, and validate cycle counts against the GL.
- Audit & Reporting Support: Compile precise, audit-ready financial packages, support internal control schedules, and prepare comprehensive workpapers for external audit review.
