This is a high-volume, entry-level position focused on processing system-generated alerts. Your core mission is clear-cut: review media reports (news, blogs, etc.) and match the data against our customer base. This is a "what’s in the box" role—no deep-dive external research or complex investigations required. You will be given the data you need to make swift, accurate decisions.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing system-generated cases containing various media outlets (news articles, blogs, etc.) to identify "Adverse Media" related to customers.
- Comparing article details (e.g., Name, Age, Location) against customer data provided by the system.
- Example: If the system flags "Jane Smith from New York" and the article is about "Jane Smith from New York," it is a match.
- Determining if the article is a true match to a customer and escalating or clearing the case accordingly.
- Daily caseload: 425 Events (Articles) per day OR 100 Cases per day.
- No External Research: This is a "what’s in the box" role. Analysts should not perform external investigations or deep-dive research; they should only use the information provided in the article and the system.
