The Ancillary Specialist is responsible for processing orders for various medical equipment and services. This role requires competently and efficiently performing all tasks relative to the order intake process in a friendly, professional manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in the durable medical equipment (DME) field, with a solid understanding of insurance and medical terminology, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Efficiently manage and process incoming orders for various medical equipment and ancillary services from start to finish.
  
  
• Intake Management: Perform all tasks relative to the order intake process accurately, ensuring a friendly and professional experience for all stakeholders.
  
  
• Communication: Utilize formal business language to communicate effectively in written form, ensuring impeccable spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  
  
• Process Improvement: Review current processes and procedures proactively, suggesting innovative process improvements or solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
  
  
• Crisis & Confidentiality Management: Handle challenging or crisis situations calmly and professionally while strictly maintaining confidential patient, financial, and company information.
