Randstad is proud to partner with a premiere plastics manufacturer in the region to find a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join their growing team. Operating out of a state-of-the-art facility, our client is an industry leader in custom injection molding and high-volume component production for regulated markets. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enforcing strict manufacturing tolerances, managing defect inspection protocols, and ensuring every production run matches precise engineering specifications.

salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Compliance Specialist: Assist in developing, communicating, and maintaining QMS policies and procedures regarding the process compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO15378, CFR Part 820, and CFR Part 11.
• Lead Auditor: Spearhead internal and external audits by creating audit schedules, performing internal and external audits,
monitoring SOP’s for compliance with ISO standards and regulations. Monitor, audit, and improve QMS through new and revised SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
• Supplier Auditor: Routinely evaluate suppliers and conduct supplier audits. Issue and manage SCARs as necessary to preserve the QMS and supply chain and to support the supplier management process.
• Non-Conforming Specialist: Document, investigate, monitor, and manage customer complaints, internal complaints, and supplier issues as it relates to non-conforming product, material or product concerns, and process issues using tools such as MRB, CAPA, SCAR, PFMEA, and deviations.

• Root Cause Analyst: Determine root-cause analysis for product failure, non-conforming materials, and any additional non-
compliance submitted by internal or external parties.
