What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required.
- 3-7 years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience.
- Experience supporting a business owner, executive, attorney, president, founder, or other senior leader.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Written and verbal communication
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and ever-changing executive calendar, appointments, and priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and client appointments.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive-level documents.
- Screen and prioritize communications while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (local) and itineraries as needed.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Organize electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with operational and administrative projects that support the executive and overall office.
- Serve as a professional liaison with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
