- Must possess advanced analytical and organizational skills

salary: $32 - $33 per hour

Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities include managing Salesforce cases and work queues;
- Reviewing customer agreements, supporting documentation, and account information for accuracy and completeness;
- Conducting audits of customer records, contracts, and onboarding activities;
- Researching and resolving discrepancies; and maintaining accurate documentation within Salesforce and other business systems.
- Will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Underwriting, Master Data Management, GPO Operations, Pricing, Customer Setup, and other operational partners to support successful customer onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.
