This is a 6-month contract position based in Camarillo, California (93010), with strong potential for extension.
Pay Rate: $82.00 – $88.00/hour (based on experience)
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Program Manager III to lead large-scale, complex initiatives from conception through successful delivery. In this role, you will champion collaboration across cross-functional teams, align projects with broader business goals, and keep major initiatives on track, on budget, and within scope.
Qualifications Must-Haves
- 6–9 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with a clear track record of leading complex projects from start to finish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid proficiency with standard project management frameworks like Agile, Waterfall, or PMBOK.
- strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced degree (such as an MBA or Master’s in Project Management).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
- Experience managing programs within technology, engineering, or product development environments.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

Establish and maintain effective governance structures, communication channels, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle. Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to execute project activities, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
