Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, trusted link between our workforce and our third-party absence management vendor, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the synergy between ADA and FMLA administration and our short-term disability plans to create a cohesive employee journey.
• Stay ahead of legislative updates and internal HR policies, translating complex regulations into actionable, compliant practices.
• Act as the go-to expert for resolving sensitive, high-priority inquiries from employees, leadership, and call centers.
• Partner closely with Legal, HR leadership, and external stakeholders to untangle complex, time-sensitive case management issues.
