Responsibilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Required): Must be able to speak comfortably in both languages.
- The "Host" Mindset: You are genuinely okay with—and excited about—being the visible face of the company. A positive attitude is a must!
- Basic Computer Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace, and comfortable navigating email.
- Filing & Organization Skills: A knack for keeping paperwork orderly and structured.
- Availability for Overtime: This role is structured around a 50-hour work week, which includes 10 hours of built-in overtime paid at the premium rate.
