Responsibilities
- First Impressions: Warmly greeting the occasional walk-in customer and keeping the front entrance welcoming.
- Call Routing: Handling incoming phone calls and transferring them smoothly over to the Customer Service (CSR) team.
- Basic Support: Answering easy external customer questions (like hours of operation or sales rep contact info—no tricky issue-handling required!).
- Admin Support: Assisting the office team (5–8 awesome folks!) with light tasks like organizing sample requests, assembling literature binders, and ordering supplies.
