What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional sales or account management experience, ideally backed by a Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Industrial manufacturing or distribution sales experience is a massive plus.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing modern CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP software (SAP). Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Problem-Solving DNA: A consultative mindset with a proven ability to listen actively, uncover client pain points, and deliver technical solutions.
- Communication Excellence: Stellar interpersonal skills, fluent verbal and written English communication, and the cultural sensitivity needed to interact across all organizational tiers.
- Mobility: A valid driver's license, alongside the capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk during trade shows or inventory events.

Responsibilities
- Account Growth & Management: Tactical oversight of a dedicated client portfolio. You will nurture sustainable relationships with key personnel through consistent, proactive phone and email outreach.
- Consultative Negotiation: Provide customized inquiries and quotations, negotiate competitive price points and contract terms, and relentlessly follow up to convert open leads.
- Comprehensive Order Cycle Care: Oversee account administration from inventory verification and order tracking to internal CRM updates, invoicing, and digital filing.
- Customer Experience Champion: Manage live chat inquiries and conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements and track emerging client needs to generate insightful market and sales reports for leadership.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the organization at periodic trade shows and participate in internal marketing initiatives. (Requires limited travel a few times a year for onsite training, annual inventory, or industry events).
