Responsibilities
- Inventory Coordination: Coordinate surgical inventory across the distribution network, including monitoring loaner returns, retrieving excess stock, and facilitating field transfers.
- ERP & Data Management: Process surgery requests, track lot numbers, and perform ERP transactions for instrument sets, implant banks, and individual implants.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain 100% compliance with SOPs and FDA QSR guidelines; assist with quality management, recalls, and complaint handling.
- Relationship & Communication: Act as a primary contact for distributors and Regional Sales Managers regarding inventory status, contract verification, and upcoming stock expirations.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement workflow changes to optimize overall inventory efficiency.
- Operational Support: Provide daily problem-solving support, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and participate in rotational weekend on-call coverage.
