Responsibilities

• High-volume processing, coding, and matching of vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents (three-way matching).
  
  
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and checks, ensuring all vendor discounts are maximized.
  
  
• Research and resolve billing issues, unvouched receipts, or price differences by collaborating closely with internal departments and vendors.
  
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, maintaining customer relationships and performing regular vendor statement reconciliations.
  
  
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including accruing unpaid invoices and preparing AP-related journal entriesQualifications:
  
  
• Experience with ERP accounting software (like NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks) and a solid comfort level with Excel (VLOOKUPs, basic formulas).
  
  

• High level of accuracy in data entry and a knack for spotting discrepancies before they become payment errors.
  
  
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in an accounts payable or general bookkeeping role (an Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
