We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented REMOTE Annuity and Life Insurance Claims Processor to support the technical administration of annuity death claims and income-related transactions. This role demands an enhanced baseline of technical aptitude, including the ability to navigate complex internal databases, manage high-volume digital workflows, and interpret legal or financial documentation with absolute accuracy.

Equally critical are your professional customer service skills. While this is a processing-focused role, you will be drafting critical correspondence and collaborating internally to resolve complex cases. Every transaction represents a family navigating a difficult loss, requiring a professional who balances sharp technical execution with deep empathy and flawless written communication.

This is a 100% contract role that is set to start as soon as they identify the right professional and go through January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Process with Technical Precision: Review, verify, and execute complex annuity death claims and life insurance transactions within internal systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory and financial compliance standards.
  
  
• System & Records Management: Audit sensitive claim requirements, interpret financial documents, and maintain meticulously accurate records across multiple software platforms.
  
  
• Deliver Empathetic Customer Service: Prepare and draft clear, professional, and compassionate correspondence regarding claim statuses and requirements.
  
  
• Resolve & Research: Track down missing information, research system exceptions, and partner with internal teams to clear processing roadblocks.
  
  
• Drive Turnaround Times: Autonomously monitor and manage your digital work queues to ensure timely, compliant payments to beneficiaries.
