- Pay Rate: Hourly wage + access to comprehensive contract benefits

- Work Style: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) following initial on-site training
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, administrative capabilities, and proactive follow-up skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word); familiarity with ERP systems or database tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Support the department with organizing documents related to compliance regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure all consumer products meet standard federal and state safety regulations.
- Partner with third-party laboratories to schedule and track product testing.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and audit-ready documentation within internal database systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep product launch timelines on track.
- Perform basic material scans on pre-production samples using specialized analytical equipment (training provided).
