Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to a shared inbox handling inquiries from schools, students, and internal staff (school partnerships, externship questions, scheduling requests)
- Coordinate logistics for campus events (career fairs, school presentations) — scheduling, swag/materials shipping, and post-event tracking
- Maintain accuracy of several tracking spreadsheets (school/contact lists, volunteer roster counts, event logs)
- Process incoming administrative requests: shirt/swag orders, recognition item mailings, welcome outreach for new program volunteers
- Support onboarding logistics for new program participants (sending forms, adding to communication channels, tracking completion of required steps)
- Liaise with internal teams (Legal, hospital-based managers) to route required paperwork appropriately — no independent decision-making on compliance matters, just ensuring the right people are looped in
- Light reporting: compiling status updates from existing trackers for leadership review
