Responsibilities
- Order Entry & CRM Management: Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders directly within the CRM platform; update customer accounts with detailed, high-quality notes regarding interactions, changes, and shipping status.
- Omnichannel Support: Deliver outstanding service by accurately responding to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding orders, products, services, and replacement parts.
- Issue Resolution: Identify the root causes of customer inquiries, develop effective resolution action plans, and collaborate across internal departments to ensure positive outcomes.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical troubleshooting and leverage internal resources/product specifications to deliver accurate solutions to customers.
- Claims & Warranty Management: Review warranty policy terms to determine coverage levels and assess the validity of product inquiries or incorrect shipment claims.
- Returns Management: Facilitate the returns and replacements process, including preparing shipping documentation for returned goods as needed.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and review product ratings and feedback on Kraus.com and retail partner sites to proactively address and resolve customer concerns.
