Responsibilities

• Allocation Governance & Strategy
  
  
  • What you’ll do: Maintain allocation methodologies, coordinate stakeholder reviews, manage approvals, and validate financial models.
    
    
  • Skills required: 3–6 years of cost allocation or shared services experience; solid grasp of statutory and management-based accounting.
    
    
• Expense Reporting & Analytics
  
  
  • What you’ll do: Build executive dashboards, analyze expense trends/variances, and support annual budgeting and forecasting.
    
    
  • Skills required: Advanced Excel, data storytelling, and financial statement analysis.
    
    
• Systems & Process Improvement
  
  
  • What you’ll do: Manage financial systems, audit data structures, and identify automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
    
    
  • Skills required: Proficiency in SAP (PaPM, AO, SAC) or Apptio Cost Transparency; understanding of system data architecture.
    
    
• Stakeholder Management
  
  
  • What you’ll do: Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement leaders to communicate allocation changes and reporting impacts.
