In this role, you will support our second-shift workforce operations at a major local manufacturing facility in Port Jervis, NY. Rather than high-level office strategy, your daily focus will be directly on the production floor: welcoming talent, coordinating with line supervisors, resolving attendance issues in real time, and keeping our workforce engaged, motivated, and safe.
⚠️ Position Requirements
- bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required to effectively communicate with our workforce and front-line supervisors.
- Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience in high-volume staffing, warehousing team leadership, retail management, or on-site client service environments.
- Shift Availability: Must be fully committed to working the second-shift schedule consistently (Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:45 PM).
- Communication Skills: strong active listening and conflict-resolution abilities, with comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Basic Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and comfortable navigating basic Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or data entry software.

Responsibilities
- New Hire Orientation: Conduct on-site orientations, ensuring all incoming associates are thoroughly briefed on safety procedures, client rules, and project expectations.
- SOP & GMP Adherence: Help enforce client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) directly on the floor to maintain strict safety and quality standards.
- Roster Tracking: Maintain accurate daily attendance logs, complete shift reports, and update our tracking systems to support accurate payroll processing.
