We are seeking a creative, self-motivated Social Media & Digital Content Specialist who can act as a 'one-person media studio'—blending sharp copywriting with dynamic video, photography, and design skills to tell our story across multiple channels.
As our Digital Content Specialist, you will take ownership of our digital presence across multiple brands. You’ll be out in the field capturing high-end job site installations and behind-the-scenes manufacturing, creating scroll-stopping short-form reels, writing persuasive copy, and managing our social media calendars.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional Copywriting Skills: strong background in writing clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content (this is our top priority).
- Video & Photo Proficiency: Proven expertise in video editing and skilled hands-on photography/videography capabilities.
- Social Media & Analytics: Demonstrated experience producing channel-tailored content and managing/analyzing performance metrics across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Design & Editing Software: Proficient in Canva. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a major plus.
- Execution & Organization: Detail-oriented self-starter who can multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities
Above all else, copywriting is the core foundation of this role. We need a sharp, versatile storyteller who can hit the ground running from day one—someone who can effortlessly craft compelling written messaging and translate it seamlessly across visual media.
- Master the Copy: Write high-converting, persuasive copy for digital ads, print media, social posts, web pages, promotional campaigns, and brand collateral.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms using social media anagement and analytics tools.
- Content Creation & Production: Film products, job-site projects, customer success stories, behind-the-scenes content, and internal events.
- Video & Graphic Editing: Edit short- and long-form video content for social, web, webinars, and marketing campaigns. Design engaging graphics, animations, reels, and motion content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Trend & Brand Strategy: Stay ahead of social media trends to pitched fresh, innovative ideas while maintaining brand standards and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, engineering, and product development teams to translate technical specs into clear, compelling stories.
- Event & Project Support: Assist with trade shows, product launches, webinars, and special promotional initiatives.
