By joining us during the core planning phase, you will partner directly with HR leadership to prepare our HRIS systems, audit data, and organize communication strategies before our annual Open Enrollment launches in Q4. Once Open Enrollment goes live, you will manage day-to-day HR administrative coverage and employee benefits support, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless enrollment experience across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in HR operations, HR administration, or benefits support
- Previous hands-on experience supporting at least one Open Enrollment cycle
- Proficient with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Rippling, BambooHR) and MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, data reconciliation
- Ability to explain complex health, dental, and retirement benefits clearly and empathetically to employees

Responsibilities
- Assist HR leadership with HRIS system layout, plan setup testing, and benefit structure configurations
- Cleanse current employee records, perform pre-enrollment audits, and verify dependent/carrier eligibility to prevent enrollment bottlenecks
- Absorb day-to-day administrative tasks and routine HR inquiries to free up core HR team members for carrier negotiations and strategic planning
- Help draft, format, and stage Open Enrollment guides, FAQs, and employee communication toolkits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefit plans, coverage options, and enrollment platform navigation.
- Monitor active election progress, audit submitted enrollments, and track non-responders for follow-up
- Verify 100% election accuracy prior to end-of-year deadlines to ensure smooth coverage effective dates on January 1st
