Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and provide timely resolution or escalation.
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client requests.
- Review operational reports and escalate issues that may impact client service.
- Participate in client meetings, projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize internal systems and technology to manage client requests and introduce new service tools.
- Monitor required client documentation (KYC, tax forms, account information, authorized signers, etc.) and ensure compliance with operational controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Custody, or Investment Operations.
- Knowledge of investment products, accounting principles, and financial industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
