Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $45 - $50 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of contract drafting/negotiation experience
• Experience in contract interpretation, drafting, and negotiation
• Financial analysis of pricing proposals
• Ability to gather business requirements and recommend a sourcing strategy
• Skill in reviewing proposed contract language, identifying risks, and recommending language or strategies to remediate those risks
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel)

Secondary Qualifications:

• Not required, but JD and/or sourcing certification could be very helpful
• Banking or financial services experience is not a requirement, but it is an asset to have negotiated agreements on behalf of a highly regulated entity (financial services, healthcare)
• Experience with contracts for Software Licenses (on premise and vendor hosted)
• Experience with contracts for AI (Artificial Intelligence)
• Experience with negotiating pricing for renewals of software licenses
