Responsibilities
- Evaluate industry compensation trends, market data, and local benchmark developments impacting non-exempt roles.
- Generate compensation reporting tools to evaluate market competitiveness, assess program effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct pay equity analyses to drive fair and consistent compensation practices.
- Evaluate job roles, partner with Legal to determine FLSA classifications, write job descriptions, establish salary structures, and analyze cost-of-labor/living data.
- Consult with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to provide strategic market reviews and offer recommendations for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Assist in developing and overseeing non-exempt compensation programs, performing scenario modeling for program rollouts, location expansions, or targeted pay adjustments.
- Ensure all compensation programs comply with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
- Administer and communicate non-exempt incentive, bonus, departmental, and sales commission plans.
- Partner with leadership on annual merit cycle administration and annual updates to profit-sharing and incentive structures.
- Review job offers and process salary updates in Workday to ensure equity, market alignment, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster productive cross-functional partnerships to uphold pay equity and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
