Position Summary
The Patient Access Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for scheduling, message routing, and referral communication. Reporting directly to the Patient Accounts Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations and a positive experience for every patient. - Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 / hour

Responsibilities
- Front-Line Support: Answer incoming calls, process patient referrals, and handle service requests.
- Patient & Referral Coordination: Maintain clear, professional communication with patients, clients, and referral sources.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and book patient appointments based on practitioner availability.
- Problem Resolution: Address patient inquiries, handle insurance-related communications, and work alongside administrative staff and practitioners to ensure patient needs are met.
- Quality Assurance: Log feedback or patient concerns and route them to the appropriate quality team.
- General Administrative: Perform other duties as requested to support smooth clinic operations.
