Responsibilities
- Enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system accurately and on time.
- Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) using established procedures.
- Review and release production work orders.
- Contact customers to confirm delivery dates for customer-supplied materials and components.
- Update ERP information as needed to maintain accurate records.
- Assist the Planning team with day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks.
- Work with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Production to resolve order-related questions.
- Help maintain organized records and documentation.
- Support other Supply Chain projects and tasks as needed.
