- 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience purchasing electronic components, PCBs, cable assemblies, or electromechanical products preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Source and purchase electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), mechanical parts, raw materials, and indirect supplies to support production requirements.
- Review material requirements generated through the ERP/MRP system and issue purchase orders accordingly.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance to ensure on-time deliveries and proactively resolve shortages or delays.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels while balancing production needs and inventory carrying costs.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and supplier agreements to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
