- Shift Leadership: Oversee night shift operations, managing workflow pacing to meet daily inbound, put-away, and staging targets.
- Team Briefings: Conduct nightly "toolbox talks" to assign roles, review volume targets, and reinforce safety protocols.
- WMS Oversight: Manage data integrity within our Warehouse Management System (WMS), resolving inventory discrepancies and ensuring real-time scanning accuracy.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations (OSHA), investigate incidents immediately, and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- End-of-Shift Handover: Complete comprehensive shift logs and lead the morning handover briefing with the incoming daytime management team.

Responsibilities

- Handover Management: Conduct the evening handover with the afternoon shift manager and prepare the morning briefing log for the day shift.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols (OSHA or local equivalents), conduct the initial "toolbox" safety talk, and manage any overnight incidents or injuries.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Address inventory or systemic issues within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) that floor staff cannot resolve.
- Securing the Facility: Ensure all dock doors, fire exits, and perimeter gates are locked and secure throughout the nigh
