We are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to 'own' the administrative and financial lifecycle of major commercial builds. Technical & Systems Requirements
- Vertical Wood-Frame Expertise: Proven lead on $20M+ Type III and Type V multi-family or branded hotel projects. Deep knowledge of wood-frame structures, fire ratings, and MEP coordination.
- Lifecycle Command: Full ownership from site work to final handover.
- Advanced Scheduling (P6): Master-level Primavera P6 (or equivalent) user capable of building, logic-linking, and optimizing complex CPM schedules.
- Procore Hub: Expert management of RFIs, Submittals, Change Events, and Daily Logs.
- Career Stability: Demonstrated tenure seeing major projects through from start to finish (no job-hopping).
- Cross-Functional Communication: Proactive risk mitigator comfortable engaging both jobsite subs and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Full administrative lifecycle management of commercial construction projects from kickoff to punch list and close-out
- Budget tracking, job cost management, and protection of project margin
- Oversight of RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and schedule of values
- Running OAC (Owner Architect Contractor) meetings
- Reading plans, specs, and scopes to identify gaps before they become costly issues
- Daily coordination with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
- Holding subcontractors accountable to schedule and scope
- Clear communication with clients and internal leadership on progress and issues
- Maintaining project schedules using tools such as Procore, P6, Primavera, or similar PM software
