Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve Complex Inquiries: Research and resolve technical inquiries regarding claims, Treatment Authorization Requests (TARs), and EOBs for providers and beneficiaries with empathy and precision.
- Process Documentation: Efficiently manage in-house documentation, including CIFs, NOAs, Claims, TARs, and RTDs, utilizing specialized tracking systems.
- Guide & Support: Assist callers with program policies, screening appointments, and resource referrals while maintaining accurate correspondence logs.
- Drive Continuous Growth: Contribute to special administrative projects and team initiatives to streamline operational workflows.
- Dental Background: Dental Assisting Certificate from an accredited school OR 2+ years of dental office assisting experience.
- Technical Assessments: Ability to pass the DDC Dental Auditor V test and X-ray reading assessment.
- Core Skills: 2+ years ofproficiency with computer systems, basic math skills, and demonstrated knowledge of dental anatomy and nomenclature.
- Key Strengths: High attention to detail, commitment to confidentiality, excellent problem-solving skills, and stress management capability.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Denti-Cal/Medi-Cal provider billing procedures, dental codes, and claims adjudication processes.
