Responsibilities
- Line Inspections: Perform regular checks on product weight, temperature, seals, and overall packaging quality.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards on the production floor.
- Documentation & Holds: Log daily inspection data accurately and tag/isolate out-of-spec products immediately.
- Team Communication: Work directly with production line leaders to resolve quality issues on the spot.
