Your Impactful Responsibilities: You will actively streamline processes and optimize our digital presence.
- Research, analyze, and update product specification data for tens of thousands of items.
- Develop and refine content for complex product lines, creating search engine optimized (SEO) copy for products and taxonomies.
- Analyze content for inconsistency/errors, correct data, and import changes into the database.
- In collaboration with the product team, analyze sales data and report on category improvements.
- Review team members’ work, providing improvement direction, and supply reports on product enrichment and sales.
- Use knowledge of Excel and SQL data queries to analyze and combine data from multiple systems.
- Support decisions affecting the function of the company-wide shared database system and troubleshoot arising issues.
- Verify the accuracy of product display and data for printed promotions.
- College level degree and/or technical school training.
- At least 2+ years of proven database experience.
- General knowledge in Excel, Access, and other data applications involving handling large, complex data.
- Top-notch analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proven background in research and content creation, with a solid understanding of writing SEO copy for web-based environments.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated diplomacy in customer service, and the ability to make the complex succinct.
