- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for a variety of roles across our client portfolio.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media networks, internal databases, and local networking to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Client & Candidate Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between job seekers and hiring managers, facilitating interviews, providing feedback, and managing offer negotiations.
- Onboarding Support: Oversee pre-employment screening (background checks, references) and guide new hires through the onboarding process.
- Market Navigation: Actively commute and travel across the Bay Area to meet client needs, attend career fairs, or conduct on-site check-ins.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, or high-volume sales.
- Commute Flexibility: Must be willing and able to regularly commute and travel to various locations throughout the Bay Area as required by business operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
