In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our processing operations moving efficiently. Your primary focus will be managing job firming, editing, releasing work orders, and ensuring technical drawings and processing specifications are attached and routed to the correct plant departments.

Responsibilities
- Job Management: Firm, edit, and release work orders/jobs for metal processing and order fulfillment.
- Document Control: Match and apply technical drawings, cut lists, and job specifications to work orders; distribute packets promptly to the appropriate departments.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate professionally and effectively with shop floor staff, operations managers, and office personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
- Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain basic tracking and updates within our system to keep job statuses and inventory movements accurate.
